I have trained in the east and the west for hands on massage treatment. I work with clients for pain-related symptoms using trigger-point therapy, shiatsu, Thai, and other therapeutic modalities. I also create personalized programs for clients which include self-therapy practices using the spiky massage ball. Both therapist and client
