Tom Spiros from TPS Wellness will teach self-care techniques using a specialized therapy tool. A licensed massage therapist and self-therapy coach with over 20 years of experience, he focuses on empowering individuals to become their own therapists and treat their own bodies.
Attendees will learn how to stretch and strengthen the body, prevent injury and treat physical pain symptoms with easy and effective self-care practices. This class is for all that want to be in optimal health and feel their best or are suffering from chronic pain, neck and back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, TMJ, carpal tunnel, sciatica, joint pain, knee pain and hip pain, frozen shoulder, accident and sports injuries, exercise recovery and much more.
Spiros has authored several therapy books and develops tailored self-therapy programs for all needs. His program is meticulously designed to address specific muscle groups responsible for a wide range of pain symptoms. Practicing techniques that strengthen and stretch the muscle fibers allows the body to operate at its best. By practicing these techniques, TPS Wellness ensures clients can treat themselves efficiently and independently…all within the convenience of your home.
