Treating shoulder pain

Having the right therapy tools, techniques, and regular practice will make therapy much easier.

Shoulder pain comes from several muscles in the upper back, chest, underarm, and upper arm that contribute to pain symptoms in this area. The problem can also come from the scalene muscles in the neck which I cover in detail in the video below.

As you practice the techniques in the video above, also incorporate the techniques in the video below to treat the scalene muscles. The scalene muscles are often overlooked but could be the sole reason for pain symptoms in the upper back, chest, shoulder and down the arm into the hands. They are also one of the main contributing factors of carpal tunnel, and thoracic outlet syndrome.

The therapy tool and self-therapy workbook are necessary for your self-care program and finding relief. You can find both products at Contact & Order – Tom Spiros TPS Wellness

If you practice several times a day for a couple minutes per session you will find the the pain symptoms diminish over time. The name of the game is to be regular. Enjoy the healing
